Applicable products are returnable/exchangeable within the applicable return window of 15 days if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Our Website.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several items are excluded from being returned that are perishable in nature which are as follows:-.
Food, flowers, newspapers, books, and periodicals cannot be returned.
In addition, we do not take intimate or hygienic goods, toxic objects, or flammable substances or gases.
Additional non-returnable items includes:-

- Downloadable software products

Return will be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

If a replacement request is made and the vendor does not have the exact identical product in stock, no exchange will be provided.
If you purchased the item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will get a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift voucher will be issued to you after the returned item has been received.
If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will be notified of your return.
